Private events at Blooming Hill Farm are priced as follows:

- Flat Rate Venue Fee - $3,000
- reduced fee available for mid-week and off-season - - Price per Guest - - based on your menu selection - - Administrative Fee - 3%
- based on the pre-tax per-guest total - - Staffing Fee - 18%

Our catering service
Which features a two-part menu including cocktail hour & reception dinner portions.
Along with the food, our catering service also provides all the service, set up, & breakdown staff for the event.

Which includes working directly with our events manager to coordinate all event details including: - rental booking if needed -
- booking of outside vendors -
- arranging on-farm activites & tours -
