Full Share - $500 gets you $600 Dining Credit 6 Supper Club seats or 8 Farm Dinner seats
Half Share - $250 gets you $300 Dining Credit 3 Supper Club seats or 4 Farm Dinner seats
 
The Concept
We drew upon our CSA concept here at the farm in coming up with the idea for our season-long Dining Membership. You could go so far as to call this 'community supported dining'- it functions very much the same as when it is applied to agriculture- the member pays up front before the start of the season for a year long share in the goods produced by the farm. In this case, rather than buying a share of vegetables, members will be purchasing a share of seats at our Farm Dinner and Supper Club events. Like our CSA, our Dining Membership will stray from a traditional model and function on what we feel is a more customer-friendly debit model. In other words- a full share, which is priced at 500$, will get a member 600$ in credit that can be used towards event tickets. This allows members to spread their membership out over the course of the season at multiple events by purchasing single seats, or, if they choose, use their membership at a single event by attending with a larger group. As with our CSA, membership can be refreshed at anytime and there is no expiration date- account balances will be carried over to the following season.
Our Goal
Building membership prior to the season helps us a great deal to cover season start-up costs and make improvements to the farm and facility during the winter months. Currently our goal is to construct an improved kitchen facility here at the farm that will be used as a home base for our dinners, events, and weekend cafe. In addition to a kitchen area, the structure will contain restrooms and a small open dining area. The facility be used to serve, prepare, preserve, and better utilize everything we grow and produce here at the farm. The construction, furnishment, and operation of this new facility will not be possible without membership support.
Membership Offerings
Farm Dinners:
Our longest-standing end of month dining tradition here at the farm. These events stay close to our roots (sometimes literally) in offering multiple all-vegetarian courses on a menu based totally around the given week's field bounty. The food as these events is designed and prepared by a guest chef/friend of the farm and their team. We like to bring in a wide range of culinary professionals from our varied customer base in order to showcase how each unique style from each company can put a different spin on the produce we have to offer. The price for these events in the 2016 season will be 75$ per person (tax and gratuity included).

Supper Clubs:
Our Supper Club events still center their offerings around the farm's produce, but branch out to include locally sourced meat and fish as well. Upwards of 6 courses prepared by our in-house team, in the past these events have been arranged around a specific theme, and happen just once for each season of the year - spring, summer, fall and winter. The price for Supper Club events in the 2016 season will be $100 per person - tax and gratuity included.

Priority reservations for events:
we will open up event reservations to members a few days before we open them up to everyone else so that you don't have to worry about an event filling up before you get a chance to book your seats.

In addition to increased value on event tickets and reservation priority, we also plan to offer special 'members only' classes, workshops, and events a few times throughout the season. We will also share recipes, techniques, and other information through a seasonal membership newsletter.
